Global Client Lead, Colgate-Palmolive

WPP Group New York 2024–2026

Led WPP's relationship with Colgate-Palmolive: a $200M+ engagement across more than 1,000 people worldwide, spanning media, creative, production, data, technology, commerce, CRM, and enterprise transformation. Designed the global content supply chain — projected to deliver 30–35% efficiency on production spend and to shift production economics from output-based pricing toward lowering the marginal cost of content itself. Led the deployment of WPP Open and related agentic workflow capabilities across briefing, audience development, content planning, production, optimisation, and decision support. Stabilised, defended, and grew the relationship through a period of acute industry disruption.

BBDO Worldwide / Omnicom Group New York 2023–2024

Portfolio of multi-discipline, multi-market client relationships drawing on the full Omnicom Group capability set. Built an end-to-end team integrating skills across the full B2B buying journey for SAP — turning around client satisfaction and delivering 60%+ revenue growth in the first year. Won The Heineken Company roster position through a competitive pitch, adding six brands across three markets within twelve months. Led the integrated team that won Enterprise Mobility's global agency appointment.

EVP, Global Business Lead — Ford Motor Company

BBDO Worldwide / Omnicom Group New York and Detroit 2019–2022

Appointed to the $70M+ Ford Motor Company business after leading the team that won the assignment. Built and ran a 200-person team across 18 markets. Established a bespoke agency model combining Omnicom Group capabilities with the group's customer data platform. Delivered the highest client satisfaction scores of any Ford agency in successive net promoter surveys. Expanded the remit to include media planning and buying in a priority market and CRM strategy in the largest market.

EVP, Global Business Lead — Johnson & Johnson Consumer

BBDO Worldwide / Omnicom Group New York 2014–2018

Transformed a long-standing client relationship — $25M to $60M in revenue, team to 100 across five hubs and seven lead markets. Delivered the first global consumer campaign in the history of Johnson's Baby — proof of concept for a new integrated marketing model and the largest organisational change in J&J Consumer's history.

Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore and Malaysia 2011–2014

Appointed to lead the turnaround. Revenue growth of 39% in year one, 88% in year two; headcount from 23 to 120. Led and completed the acquisition of Arachnid, one of the region's most coveted M&A targets. Appointed to a seven-person global task force charged with driving innovation across the Saatchi & Saatchi network worldwide.

Senior operating mandates that combine three things: a complex, multi-market or multi-discipline organisation; a transformation agenda where AI, data, and operating-model design are central to the work; and a leadership remit with real commercial weight behind it.

Open to discussion of client-side senior leadership (CMO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, transformation leadership), agency-side senior leadership (regional or global client leadership, integrated operating model leadership), and selective advisory or non-executive work for boards and PE-backed platforms in adjacent categories.

My wife is Malaysian, our family base has long been in the region, and we are returning to it. A decade lived and operated across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Jakarta makes the move a homecoming rather than a relocation.
